AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION:

Article VI – ELECTIONS

SECTION 2.  ELIGIBILITY OF MEMBERS TO HOLD OFFICE.  Any active or active life member in good standing may hold office.  To qualify to run for the office of President, Vice President - Army or Vice President - Air an active or active life member in good standing must have held a seat on the Executive Council or have been a member of a Standing Committee for a minimum of one term.

This Constitutional Amendment will allow all members of the various Standing Committees, who have served for at least one full term, to be eligible to hold any of the three senior offices of the Association.
